RFP – Woodland Island Year 1 Planting
CREST seeks a qualified contractor to perform soil amendments, sow seed, and plant a diversity of native plants on Woodland Island in Nov. 2021 – Jan. 2022. The project site was built with dredge spoils and is located in the Columbia River in Cowlitz County, WA. CREST is sponsoring the project with the Bonneville Power Administration, which is also the funder.
This is a prevailing wage job. Contractors must be registered and in good standing with the federal SAM. Attendance at the pre-bid site visit on March 16th is required. Proposals are due in electronic form by 4:00 PM on April 2nd, 2021.
