PC Trask and Associates is privately-owned consulting firm that specializes in recovery plans, restoration design guidelines, and large scale restoration projects in the Columbia River region. CREST collaborates often with PCTA on project development and implementation of restoration projects. CREST also provides habitat monitoring resources, and each organization often consults the other on independent projects.
