South Slough Restoration Project
The South Slough restoration project was completed in 2015. It reconnected 43 acres of floodplain habitat to Cunningham Lake and the Lower Columbia River Estuary. An undersized culvert was replaced with a 55-foot long bridge and marshplain was lowered for the benefit of native emergent vegetation
