Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership

The Estuary Partnership defines their mission as "Our primary responsibility is to implement the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan for the Lower Columbia River (Management Plan)."  The Estuary Partnership is positioned as a coordinating body for the many community-based organizations working to conserve habitat in the Lower Columbia River region. CREST is contracted by the Estuary Partnership to perform action effectiveness monitoring, and receives funding for restoration projects.
