The Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST) is announcing the opportunity to submit proposals for Phase I of the Dibblee Point Restoration Project- Development of Modeling, 3-4 Alternatives, and 30% Design. The anticipated project design and modeling budget for Phase I is $25,000. The closing date for this project will be November 18th, 2011 at 4 pm.
